Heads Up!!!

Heads up.
Apparently, yesterday’s hack of 1.4 million names, SS#, addresses etc etc out of Washington State Employment has included some other agencies i.e. insurance, filings, licenses, etc. etc.
The state spokesman remark was something like “Oopsy Daisy, I guess life will get harder for folks.”
I spoke with my banks about how to better protect accounts.
Recommendation is you put a “Code Word” on your account.
Apparently every bank has this added level of “protection.”
One must go in a branch to accomplish this or go on your bank’s website and find the form that you mail or fax to the bank.
I’ll presume you’re doomed if you forget your CODE.
